This charming hotel perched on a chalk cliff was built in 1908 by the Belgian king Leopold II in order to welcome his love Blanche de Vaughan. Now, it welcomes lovers of good food. Here, the emphasis is on local products, in a successful locavore approach: scallops from the Bay of Seine, farm lamb from nearby farms, small fruits and vegetables from local producers. The result is a cuisine full of freshness, where the recipes overflow with taste and strong flavors. Black truffles, foie gras from the Landes (of course!), scampi, wild turbot: noble products follow one another on the plate. And on sunny days, you can dine on the terrace, facing the meanders of the Seine.
Inaugurated in 2012, the Clos du Pétillon invites you to taste a market cuisine with products from local and seasonal producers, on a background of homemade tradition and Corsican recipes, in a warm, exotic environment with multiple flavors in the heart of the Parc du Vexin.
