According to article R 3353-2 of the French Public Health Code, barkeepers who serve alcohol to intoxicated customers or receive them in their establishments are liable to a 4th class fine. Consequently, we reserve the right to refuse to serve alcohol to customers who are intoxicated or who have consumed too many alcoholic beverages.
